Charlotte Chambliss, Kelsey’s AP Studio Art and Art History teacher wrote, “In AP Art History, she brings a wealth of historical and contemporary knowledge to the class discussions – as well as the ability to connect and synthesize information. 
I enjoy lively debate with her every morning as we compare observations of local and world events.”

Nikki Roth

Her AP Music Theory teacher, Kent Ellingson wrote, “Nikki is an outstanding student of music.  She is highly involved in vocal music and musical theater.  I taught Nicole AP Music Theory last year; she worked very hard in the class and passed the AP standardized test with ease."

Garrett Wingfield

Lake Highlands High School

Future Plans: Texas Christian University

Terry Berrier, his AP Music Theory teacher wrote, “Garrett will be majoring in music composition and has already had at least 16 pieces he has either composed or arranged.  He easily comprehends new concepts as fast as I can teach them, if he doesn’t know them already.  Garrett has taught me not to underestimate my students.”

Future Plans: Yale University

Tamera Westervelt, AP Studio Art teacher wrote, “Last fall I was invited to witness what this incredible young man does during his summer.  Quinn was honored by the hospital director of Las Colinas Medical Center as Volunteer of the Month.  During the summer he had donated his time to create several works of art that now hang in the hospital including a work for the Neo-natal unit for premature infants.”
